1. Select someone you know personally, and write as much as you can about the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the person’s life. 3. Select any one or several of the self-care strategies described in chapter four and describe how you might apply it to yourself in a social work job, student placement, volunteer experience, or any other type of current or recent employment.
